On June 24, 2022, 3DOM Inc. changed its company name to “3DOM Alliance Inc.” and relocated its head office.
【Change of Company Name】
Since its founding in 2014, the Company has been engaged in the research and development of 3DOM separators, next-generation batteries, and fuel cells. In the future, we aim to be a company that enhances corporate value through extensive collaboration with third parties in order to shift to a business model that integrates IT, carbon credits, and energy, without being limited to the battery business. To clarify this point, we have changed the company name from 3DOM Inc. to 3DOM Alliance Inc.
【Relocation of Head Office】
After reconsidering the configuration best aligned with the functions and objectives of 3DOM Alliance Inc. and its subsidiaries preparing for listing, we have relocated the head office from the Shinkoyasu Office to the Tokyo Office to reflect the current concentration of corporate functions at the Tokyo Office.
