The Company, together with Binex Inc., Biomass Energy Corporation, Mebius Inc. and Future Science Research Inc., concluded a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Sinjia Land Limited as of 31 January 2022 for possible Reverse Takeover involving Binex Singapore (Pte. Ltd.)(BSG), but this time the pertinent parties have mutually agreed to terminate it as of 30 December 2023.
With regard to the strategic growth funding of BSG, other ways and means are currently being considered.
