(hereinafter referred to as “Company”), by defining a privacy policy as follows, established a system of protection of personal information and to ensure the commitment and recognition of the importance of protecting personal information by all employees, the Company will promote the protection of personal information.

In order to keep accurate and up-to-date personal information and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, alteration or leakage of personal information, the Company shall implement necessary measures such as development and maintenance of the security system and related management organization and thorough employee training programs, thereby propelling safety measures for the strict management of personal information.

Personal information entrusted to the Company by our customers will be used for contacting and providing information and sending e-mails and documents to answer your questions.

The Company has taken all possible measures to the security of personal information in order to ensure accuracy and safety of personal information.

When a customer wishes to inquire, modify or delete personal information, the Company shall confirm that the inquirer is the person in question.
Compliance with and Reviews of Laws, Regulations and Business Norms
The Company shall abide by the applicable laws, regulations and business norms of Japan, and shall review and improve as appropriate the contents of this Privacy Policy.
